We provided full on-the-ground production support in Turkey for a global corporate brand film commissioned by Grundfos and produced by Danish production company M2 Film.

As part of a multi-country shoot, the Turkey segment took place in Kirsehir, focusing on Grundfos’ thermal heating plant and its connection to local life and sustainability.

Our scope covered all local operations, including filming permits, location scouting, casting and coordination of a local family for authentic lifestyle scenes, and in-country logistics.

​From transport and scheduling to on-set support and daily production needs, we ensured a smooth and efficient shoot under a tight timeline, enabling the international crew to focus fully on storytelling and visuals.

For Cohere’s Aya Vision AI product, we delivered a full-service podcast video production in Istanbul, bringing together team members from across the globe during an internal company gathering. The series was designed as an engaging, conversational format where Cohere employees discussed the technology, product capabilities, and real-world applications of Aya Vision.

We handled the entire production process, including location setup, multi-camera filming, sound recording, and post-production editing. The final videos were crafted specifically for professional digital platforms and were published across LinkedIn and YouTube, supporting Cohere’s brand voice while keeping the tone accessible, dynamic, and human-centric.

Earlier this month, we partnered with an American production company to bring a heartfelt documentary to life for , showcasing an inspiring story of resilience and hope. The film follows a remarkable woman diagnosed with ADA-SCID, but living a healthy life as a mother, defying medical odds.

Over two days in Konya, we facilitated every aspect of the production, from providing a local fixer, a PA and gaffer to securing grip gear as well as a skilled still photographer. Collaborating with the U.S. team, we captured interviews with the woman, her family, and her doctors, along with emotional b-roll at her home.

We recently worked on an inspiring project for End Clothing x PUMA, following Ferhat and Sertaç Dirik, the visionary brothers behind London’s famed restaurant, Mangal II, as they revisited their homeland in Central Anatolia, Türkiye, nearly 20 years after their last visit.

Over three days, we helped secure permits, locations, and transport, ensuring a smooth production. The journey began in their hometown, Kayseri, capturing the heartfelt connection to their roots, and concluded amidst the stunning landscapes of Cappadocia, blending tradition with breathtaking visuals.

This October, we worked on an exciting project for Scania, capturing their commitment to sustainability through organic cotton production in the Izmir region of Turkey. The shoot spanned cotton fields, spinning mills, and garment manufacturing facilities, documenting every step of the eco-friendly process.

Our team coordinated with local cotton farmers, textile manufacturers, and industry experts to highlight Scania's innovative approach to responsible sourcing. From sunrise shots on the beach to activities like tennis and family-friendly playgrounds, we captured a range of experiences for the guests. Our role included on-site support, logistics, and ensuring every scene showcased the hotels at their best.

Coordinating a video shoot in a bustling city like Istanbul is no small feat, but hosting the Luxury Escapes crew was a rewarding challenge. With iconic locations like Galata Tower, Sultanahmet Square, and the vibrant Istiklal Street on our itinerary, securing film permits was essential for a smooth production.

Fixer in Turkey team was there to ensure every detail was in place. From obtaining permits to arranging local transportation and coordinating with vendors for the famous "balik ekmek" scenes, it was a whirlwind of logistics. But seeing the city through the eyes of Gary Mehigan and Karen Martini, as they enthusiastically explored our city, made every effort worthwhile.
